EDGEWORK

There’s more than one way to get your glass edgework with Tecnoglass. You can choose from: Seamed, Flat Belt Ground, Flat Belt Seamed, Flat Ground, Flat Polished or Mitered Edges.

Laminated Glass

Seamed	The Sharp edges of the glass are removed by a belt seamer.		Available in all thickness up to 5/16”
Polished External Arris	Polished edges only with External Arris ideal for railing		1/8” to 3/4”

• Incorporating a mitered edge or silk-screened pattern must be approved before application.
• Laminated annealed glass can have ground, polished and mitered edges up to 2″ thickness.
• Tecnoglass recommends evaluating the aesthetics of ground, polished or mitered edges on heat-treated laminated glass because of the offset edges (edgework must be done prior to heat treating).
• The potential for mismatched edges can occur on glass up to 1/8″ in thickness.
